Is the Aha Neon® Custom Sign design mockup free?
Absolutely! We provide a free design service, offering one or more design options for your approval at no additional cost. If you decide to amend or cancel your order before production begins, we’ll gladly provide a partial or full refund. However, once the custom sign is approved and production starts, refunds are no longer available.
How do I get a Custom Neon Sign mockup?
Customers can use our generator to create and preview their own neon light designs, including text, names, and quotes. After generating your design, you can choose to purchase it directly or request a quote and design proof. For custom requests such as logo lights, artwork, signature fonts, unique shapes, UV prints, color chasing, animation, or other effects, please use the form provided. Our skilled LED neon designers will deliver a mockup of your neon light or logo, typically within 24 hours.
How realistic will the mockup be?
The Custom Neon Sign Generator creates amazingly realistic mockups of a neon light for names, words and quotes. You can choose a background to display it on, your color and font style, and even save and send it to a friend for them to edit.
